Warranty Duration

All electronic items come with a 2-year standard warranty, effective from the date the product is delivered.

If you purchased an optional 1-year extended warranty, the total coverage period becomes 3 years.


What’s Covered

If any electrical component of your product stops functioning properly during the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement unit.


What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Physical damage from accidents, misuse, or mishandling

  • Regular wear and tear due to normal usage

  • Faults caused by incorrect setup, negligent use, or lack of maintenance


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, email us at: info@bricostorax.com

You will receive an automatic response. Please reply to that message with a short video that clearly shows the issue—such as the product failing to power on, charge, or function correctly.

If video evidence is not feasible or fails to demonstrate the issue, we may request that the product be returned for further inspection.

⚠️ Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns sent via cash on delivery (COD).


Requirements for Eligibility

Only claims that meet all the outlined conditions will be processed. We handle each request with fairness and aim to find the best resolution in a timely manner.
