Right of Withdrawal Policy
At Mare SRL Unipersonale, we respect your consumer rights. In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order—no justification needed.
You may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a person you authorized, excluding the courier) received the goods.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we’ll issue a full refund within 14 days—this includes any basic delivery fees (excluding extra services like express shipping). Refunds will be processed through your original payment method unless agreed otherwise. No extra charges will be applied.
You must return the products no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to cancel. The return will be considered timely if the shipment is dispatched before the 14-day window expires.
All returned items must be in unused and original condition, including packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Please note, the following products cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made items
Sealed goods opened after delivery and unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
Opened software, DVDs, CDs, or audio/video media
Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines
Returned items must be in resalable condition. If a product has been handled in a way that affects its value, we may apply a proportional reduction to the refund amount.
Please ensure products are properly packed to prevent damage during the return process.
